In reference to the Directorate of Technical Education HP Sundernagar letter cited above, an Institution-Level Spot Round for admission against vacant seats under PAT/LEET for the Academic Session 2026–27 will be conducted at this Institution on 10.09.2026.
The admission process shall be conducted as per the HP Polytechnic Admission Prospectus 2026–27 and the instructions issued by the higher competent authority.

Important Instructions
- Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and applicable rules.
- Candidates seeking admission shall submit the duly filled Application Form within the prescribed time along with the required documents.
- The merit list will be displayed at 01:00 PM on the same day.
- Seat allotment shall commence from 01:30 PM onwards on the basis of merit and availability of seats.
- The number of vacant seats indicated above is tentative and shall vary at institution level at the time of admission.
- Candidates shall be required to complete all admission formalities and deposit the prescribed fee immediately after allotment of the seat. Failure to do so may result in the seat being allotted to the next eligible candidate.
- Mere submission of an application shall not confer any right to admission. Admission shall be subject to the prescribed eligibility, merit, category-wise seat availability and applicable admission rules.
- Candidates are advised to bring all original certificates/documents along with 01 set of photocopies required for admission.
