  • The Grievance Redressal Cell addresses issues related to:

    • Academic matters (teaching, evaluation, attendance, internal assessment)

    • Administrative issues

    • Examination and result-related grievances

    • Infrastructure and facilities

    • Hostel-related issues

    • Student welfare and discipline

    • Sexual harassment (handled through Internal Complaints Committee as per norms)

4. Grievance Submission Process

  • Grievances can be submitted through the following modes:

    Online Mode

    • Fill the Grievance Submission Form available on the Institute website

    • Provide correct details and a clear description of the issue

    • Upload supporting documents, if any

    Offline Mode

    • Submit a written application to the Grievance Redressal Cell through the Institute office

5. Grievance Handling & Resolution Procedure

  • Receipt of Grievance
    The grievance is formally registered and acknowledged.

  • Scrutiny & Categorization
    The grievance is examined and forwarded to the concerned committee/cell.

  • Investigation
    The committee may seek clarification from the complainant or concerned department.

  • Decision & Resolution
    A fair decision is taken based on facts, rules, and institutional policies.

  • Communication
    The final decision is communicated to the complainant.

  • ⏱️ Resolution Timeline:
    Normally within 7–15 working days from the date of submission.

  • The Institute has constituted the following committees:

    • Student Grievance Redressal Cell

    • Staff Grievance Redressal Cell

    • Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
